Client area

We've set up a client area for you. It's where the work between us lives. Open a ticket when you want new work, a change, a question, or to tell us something on the site isn't right. Quotes go through there too, and you'll get an email whenever a ticket moves. Invoices, payments and receipts sit in the same place, so you're not hunting through old mail for them.

Toolkit

To support businesses in and around West Lothian, we've developed a free toolkit area where you can access practical tools like a quote and invoice generator, printable sheets (stock take, contracts of work, booking notes, and job sign-offs), and more. You can also quickly share your bank details or request a customer review in seconds, making it an easy tool to use on the go when you're with clients in person.

Website admin

If you are a Laraworks Commerce client, you have been given an access to the administration panel of your website. In order to ensure nobody tries to force his way into your account, there is no forgotten password functionality. Please make sure store your stored password in a safe place, as restoring a lost password costs a fixed price of £15 inc. VAT
