Website administration area
If you are an active Laraworks Commerce client, you have been provided with direct access to the administrative control panel for your website. This is your central hub for managing your site content, viewing incoming inquiries, and keeping your online presence up to date.
Because every business operates differently, our administration panels are built bespoke around your specific operations rather than forcing you into a bloated, one-size-fits-all dashboard. What you see inside is tailored directly to your site, keeping your daily workflow fast, clean, and distraction-free.
Strict security & password policy
Website security is our top priority. To prevent automated brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, and unauthorised entry attempts, there is intentionally no automated "forgotten password" functionality on the administration login screen.
Please ensure you store your administrative credentials in a secure location, such as an encrypted password manager. If you lose or forget your administrator password, an engineer must manually verify your identity and perform a manual database reset to restore your access.
Manual password restorations carry a fixed administrative fee of £15 (VAT included).

Unlike off-the-shelf software with hundreds of confusing settings you never touch, your panel contains only the tools relevant to your website. Depending on the functionality engineered for your platform, this may include updating page text, adding portfolio items, managing product listings, updating pricing schedules, or publishing latest announcements.
Incoming inquiries & customer leads
Whenever a prospective customer submits an inquiry, booking request, or contact form on your website, the full lead record is securely logged in your panel. You can review submissions, track customer notes, and ensure no incoming opportunities slip through the cracks.
Real-time updates without touching code
Your control panel allows you to keep your website fresh without needing any technical knowledge or risk of breaking page layouts. Simply fill in the guided fields, upload your images, and click save to push updates live immediately.
Accessing your admin login URL
To protect your website against automated scanners that look for standard admin addresses, your login URL is completely unique and hidden from public search engines. Your private link was provided during your initial onboarding handover.
If you have misplaced your private URL or need a reminder of where to sign in, please open a support ticket under the type Query from your main client area, and our team will verify your account and resend your link.
Need a password reset?
If you have completely lost your administrator password and cannot log in, please sign in to your main client area and raise a support ticket under the type New work with the title "Admin Password Reset".
Our engineering team will verify your account ownership, issue the £15 VAT-inclusive invoice, and securely generate new access credentials for you once confirmed.
